Architectural design involves interaction between the owner and architect to achieve a solution that is both sensitive to the owner's functional needs, and visually appealing. This interaction is particularly important when designing private residences due to the very personal nature of the structure in question. The request that I hear most often from clients is that the "addition" should not look like an addition. |
